How can I place my order?
  • You can place your order by:
    • Downloading the order form and mailing it to BOE Publications, P. O. Box 1020, Sewickley, PA 15143-1020. If you enclose a check for payment, please make it payable to: TTCI.
    • Emailing it to boeorders@abdintl.com.
    • Faxing it to 412-741-0609 - this fax number is operational 24 hours a day, everyday.
    • Phoning our Customer Service Center at 412-741-1096 between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Are any discounts available for the publications I plan to purchase?
  • BOE Members receive special pricing on some publications.
  • Government agencies qualify for member discounted pricing, except on the BOE-6000 products.
  • For detailed information on membership, please refer to the section on memebership.
  • Additionally, individuals and organizations who desire membership information may contact Matt Forister @ 719.584.0749 (boe@aar.com) for membership information. Once your membership is approved, you will automatically receive 1 Bound 6000 Tariff each year at no additional charge. You do not need to place an order to receive your complimentary 6000 Tariff.
Do you collect sales tax & what if our organization is exempt from sales tax?
  • We collect sales tax for all states.
  • Organizations with valid exemption certificates on file will not be charged sales tax.

What are the payment terms for my order?

  • We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa credit cards.
  • PO's are accepted from organizations placing initial orders that total $100 or more in products (exclusive of shipping). There is a $8.00 service charge for each PO accepted. To use a PO, you must mail or fax (412-741-0609) a signed copy. Repeat orders from organizations previously purchasing on open account will be accepted for less than the $100 minimum.
  • A government PO must designate BOE Publications in Box #9.
  • Military facilities may not use the order form as a government PO - a contract must be submitted.
  • All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. A 1% finance charge will be applied to payments received after 30 days and added to the compound balance.
  • Check payments must be made in US Dollars, drawn on a US Bank. Checks must me made payable to TTCI
  • Organizations with unpaid invoice(s) exceeding 60 days from the invoice date will be placed on credit hold and may not place new orders until their accounts are paid in full.

May we return products?

  • All sales are final due to the time-sensitive nature of our publications.

Are your CD products compatible with the Apple® operating system?

  • All of our CD products operate with both Windows® and Apple® computers.

How long are items on backorder?

  • We try to maintain sufficient quantities of products to be available for sale at all times. When tariff products are purchased that include quarterly updates, those updates are shipped promptly upon publication.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Center at 412-741-1096 to obtain current information related to the expected delivery of backordered items.

How may I get answers to other questions?

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed and shipped from our Product Fulfillment Center within 4 business days of order receipt for in-stock products.
  • Orders are shipped via traceable means, including UPS and DHL.
  • Please provide a physical shipping address since these carriers do not deliver to a Post Office box address.
  • Regular product orders incur the following shipping and handling charges: $12.00 for the first item plus $4.50 for each additional item. Shipping charges will be computed and added to your order at the Product Fulfillment Center.
  • Please phone the Customer Service Center for a shipping charge quotation if you plan to order more than 10 items, or if your order will be shipped outside the US.

 

RUSH ORDERS:

  • RUSH SERVICE orders received at the Fulfillment Center by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped that same business day. Rush orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Please call our Customer Service Center at 412-741-1096 for a quotation on rush shipping charges.
